I haven't been feeling so swell lately. I have been fighting my sinus and they have been winning. My mom also has horrible sinus problem so I got Sinus Relief Epsom Salt Bath Soak to see if it would help lessen the pressure and overall yucky feeling I had been dealing with. The first thing I notice right of the get go was the smell. As soon as I opened the pouch I could smell the bath salt. It reminded me of my dads Vick's Salve. My dad swears by it. So I went and ran me a hot bath and added about 1/4 of a cup to my water. My parents have a small bathroom and I have breathing problems to begin with and I was afraid it might be too strong and might send we into an asthma attack, but it didn't. It was a very pleasant scent. It did help open my head and helped me feel better for a while.It dissolved quickly and didn't leave any residue on me or the tub.  I left it with my mom so she could use it for when she has a really bad sinus attack. Plus I usually take my baths there too.
