Callahans Original Calabash Seafood Breader & Hushpuppy Mix with Onion 8 Oz

My family are all outdoorsmen. We just finished up with deer season and how my dad will start getting bass fever and will want to go fishing. They eat a lot of fish so I wanted to get Callahans Original Calabash Seafood Breader & Hushpuppy Mix with Onion to try with his fish. He usually just uses regular corn meal and my mom can make some killer hushpuppies. We tried it with some catfish my dad had bought from a fish market. It was very easy to use the fish breading. We just added it to her flour flipper and flipped the fish till they were coated. Daddy cooked them in a cast-iron frying pan and they cooked up lovely. The only thing he said was they didn't brown as dark as he was use too. My mom mixed up the hushpuppy mix and we fried it next after the fish. They cooked up nice and brown and tasted so yummy. I could actually taste the onion in the mix. If I hadn't know that I had bought the mix I would have though they were my moms mixture. Everyone loved the fish and the hushpuppies.
