This set came with a ceramic knife and a ceramic peeler. I haven't seen many ceramic peelers before and was excited to try this one. My family eats a lot of vegetables we have to peel so this will come in handy. The set is a wonderful lime green. The knife is extremely sharp. My poor fingers can vouch for that. The handle is textured for extra grip and it feels natural in my hand. Cuts like a charm. The peeler is also textured for extra grip and it also has an indenture on top for thumb placement. It peels like a charm also. The peeler is very comfortable to use and fits natural in my hand. Clean with a little soap and water. Not recommended for dishwashers. Also don't leave them sitting in water for long periods of time. The only thing I wish that was different is that the knife would have come with a sheath. Other than that perfect.
This is a wonderful set and would make a great gift. Just remember to watch your fingers. They can bite.
