Some of the reasons I love my new silicone muffin pan is because it is so easy to clean. I never could get my metal muffin pans completely clean. Spraying them with cooking spray always left some kind of mark on them. With my silicone pan, I don't really even have to spray them. They are no stick but I still like to give them a little coating. My food cooks evenly and to me has a better taste. I don't have to worry about it rusting either. There are so many great things about my new silicone muffin pan. It even comes in a beautiful red color.
