I am totally in love with my 3 Essential Kitchen Knives Ceramic. As soon as I removed one and felt the handle I was hooked. The handle is cover in a nice smooth silicone that feels amazing in my hand. The sheaths cover the entire blade. From tip to the base. The end of the sheath leaves an open space so I don't have to worry about breaking the tip of the knife. The sheath fits nice and tight but is still easy to remove and replace. The blade is absolutely beautiful. It is this shiny black mirror finish.Absolutely stunning. The blade itself cuts like a charm. I used them to chop up vegetables and then I used them to cut and clean a deer shoulder. The meat from the deer shoulder can be a real pain to clean. The tissue is tough and skinning it can be tiring if you don't have a sharp knife. I had no problem with mine.I used the paring knife and the slicing knife to cut up my deer meat. Cut right thru it like it was butter. My dad now wants a set.
