My son and his girlfriend just joined a gym and are trying to lose weight.Even though they both look great. I know that they have been drinking a lot of water so I bought these Gnarly Hydrate Workout Supplement to add to their water. They don't taste that bad. It's something I would have to get use to drinking. The first thing I taste is the orange then I get hit with the pineapple. They are easy to open. They have a slotted mark at the top that tears open very easily. It comes out fast and easy and mixes nicely. My son loves them and drinks them frequently. So mission accomplished.
