My Utopia Kitchen Professional Nonstick 11-inch Jumbo Cooker is perfect. I love deep frying pans like this one. I can use it for so many different things.There is some assembly required before using. The handles need to be attached. It comes with a long handle and a short rounded handle. Both are easy to attach just screw them on. It has nice high sides and the inside is covered in non-stick Teflon. It cooks evenly and the food doesn't stick. It comes with a nice glass lid. It forms a nice seal and has a tiny hole on top to allow steam to escape. Cooking in my new pan was so fun.
