The KOR Delta BPA Free Water Bottle was a little tricky to open at first. But with a little work I got it open. I love the design of my new water bottle. Especially the handle. It nice and wide and so very easy to grab. To open the top, it has a button that I had to push in, after making sure it was unlocked. That button can be a bit stubborn. But I figured out that but pushing in and up it seems to release a little better. It has a great seal when it's closed. Don't have to worry about a leak. On the top is a piece of rubber. When I removed it I found two little pieces of paper. On the paper was words of encouragement. I know that on the site it tells you that you can order different ones, but you could also take a family picture that was small enough and cute it out and place in that slot too. That way when I opened my water bottle I could see the faces of my loved ones. The runner piece forms a water tight seal so it wouldn't get ruined. I really am digging my new bottle. So easy to use and just as easy to clean.
