Cartoon Mini Kitchen Cooking Mechanical Timer 55 Minutes (Frog)

I was so excited when I found this. I mean look at how cute it is. But my excitement didn't last long after I received it. When I opened the box and took it out the whole top fell off. I was able to place it back on but the timer doesn't work like it should. I can still turn it and it will start ticking like it's going to work but the dial doesn't turn like it should. Even after it finally ticks all the way down the bell doesn't go off or it goes off at weird times. It went off in the middle of the ticking down or it goes off hours later or it just doesn't go off at all. I was really hoping it would work but it doesn't.
