The chain lays flat like a snake on its belly. It is such an amazing look. This necklace is made from stainless steel and it is so bright and shiny. It's blinding. I can't even begin to describe the way the chain feels. It's so smooth. It has a good sturdy closure. This is a really great looking chain. Perfect for gift giving.
