Vremi 5 Piece Knife Set with Block; includes Carving, Paring, Serrated, Utility and Chef Knives in Stainless Steel with Black Multi Colored Non Slip Handles

This is such an interesting and cool set of knives. The knife set has a couple of different options on what kind of stand you want but the knives themselves are all the same. I got mine with the pretty wood grain colored stand. The set includes a Chef's knife, a serrated bread knife, a carving knife, a paring knife and a utility knife. Each of the handles is decorated with a different colored design. The handles have a nice wide end that makes holding them even more comfortable. The knives have a nice weight to them and feel nice in my hand. The handles are slip-proof so I don't have to worry about cutting myself or dropping them. Even though I am sure I will anyway. They cut nice and seem to be very sharp.

Now to talk about the knife block. I have never seen one quite like this one. Most knife blocks come with precut slots for the knives to be stored in. Not this one. The material that the knives are held in is kind of like the bristles you would find on a broom. I can slide and pull out the knives with easy. I can also arrange them in whatever way I want. The base can be removed and cleaned which is pretty cool too.  Overall this is a really cool set of knives and it looks fantastic in my kitchen.
