Criscia's Hole in the wall: Be A Rebel 17" Hippie Backpack with 15 Patches

This bookbag is insane. Just when I think I have found all the pockets I find another one. This is the coolest backpack I have ever had. It's classified as a hippie bag. When I saw hippie I was thinking about a peace sign and flower power things like that. I totally forget about Mary Jane. This bag has 15 big patches on it. They are all beautifully done. I love the different messages each of them has and the beautiful colors in the threads. I think my favorites are the mushroom and the alien. Oh and I forgot about the coexist patch, it's pretty rad too.

Now the bookbag is a heavy duty one. It's made from a nice thick Polyester blend. Just looking at the front of the bag I can see three pockets. The pocket on the bottom is around 6 inches deep. The next pocket is around 7 inches and the next one is around 8 inches deep. They all have heavy duty zippers and some even have double zippers.

Now for the middle of the bag. There are two compartments. The first compartment is just a tad bit shorter than the other compartment but it contains an inside zippered pocket and has a nylon strap that runs across the back of the compartment. The nylon strap has 6 individual spots that I could insert something that might need to be held up or for easy location. The other compartment is the main one. It's going to be the largest compartment and will hold the most. It also has a smaller zippered pocket inside kind of like a pencil pouch. Both of these compartments are double zippered.

Now for the back of the bag. The shoulder straps are heavily padded for extra support and comfort. On one of the shoulder, straps are small velcro pocket that would be perfect for a small pocket knife or a mace container. Safety first. There is also a clip where I could attach something like my keys or even another mace container. The straps are adjustable and have an extra support strap that runs between the straps at the top that would help support the weight but would also make it harder to steal.

I have to admit I am totally in love with this bag.
