I have recently started baking again. I had seen ads for baking mats and wanted to try them for myself. This set is perfect for my needs. It comes with two mats. They are a nice thick silicone. With my regular baking pans, it always seemed like no matter how much I spray them with cooking spray my food always seemed to stick in some places. With my new mats, I can prepare my food on them and then stick them in the oven. Which gives me fewer dishes to wash and my food doesn't stick to the pan. I used mine to make a homemade pizza roll. It cooked up even and tasted great. No sticking once so ever. They are just as easy to clean. You can throw them in a dishwasher (top rank) or in a sink of soap and water.
