I like to keep all my important papers together in one place. I had an old letter holder that was so old the sides had busted. So I purchased this one. This one is so cool. It comes with seven different colored slots.Each one has a small tab at the top that could be easily labeled. (one day I'll get this far). The colors are nice and bright and look great. The case itself is a dark black plastic ( it also comes in a white color) with a nice handle on the top. It has to snaps for closures on the front flap. The neat thing about this case is that I can hang it on the wall and the file slots will cascade down making it even easier to see the slots and to add new papers to them. The front slot has a clear pocket on it that will hold smaller items. I used it for my passport and passport photos. There is also one more slot behind the other colored slots that I can use to hold papers as well. This is a really nice filing storage system.
