Jennis Silicone Pastry Mat for Baking Sticks to Counter Not to Dough 23"x15" Large

I found a few recipes that I wanted to try making for my boys. They all need to be made with dough and I had nowhere to try and roll out my dough. So I purchased a pastry mat to use for my dough. This is a relly nice large mat. It covers a large area on my counters so I don't have to worry about not having enough space or getting it on the counter surface. The surface of the pastry mat has all kinds of helpful measurements that really come in handy. Like a temperature conversion chart and a measurement conversion chart too. The writing on the mat is done in a yellow coloring which is a little hard for me to see at times.  When I was rolling out my dough the mat stayed in place. Not one time did it try to roll up with the dough. The mat is very easy to clean. Just wipe with a little soap and water, rinse and let air dry. This is a really handy baking mat.
