This is a great idea just don't know if my mom's chickens will catch on to it. My mom's chickens are free range chickens. They used to keep them in a coop but someone stole a lot of them and a critter got the rest. So they let them run around the yard and the usual nest under my dads shed. 

The bucket looks like a regular 2-gallon bucket with the exception of the little red nipples underneath. It has a cutout circle on the top for easy filling. It also has a stopper for the hole so the water stays clean and mosquitoes don't take up residency. It has a handle that can be used to hang it with or to help carry it with. It super easy to clean. Just rinse it out with a little water and for the nasty jobs just add a little bleach and water just make sure to wash it out real good, though. 

This will be really nice for the chickens as soon as they catch on.
