This is my first time trying  Forskolin Extract. I have a very sensitive stomach and I have to be careful with what I take. I was able to take these without any problems. no bad reactions at all. They came in a capsule form which for me was a lot easier to swallow. They are a normal size and not some gaint pill. There wasn't any kind of aftertaste after swallowing them either. 

Now I have been taking them for about a week and a half and I can tell that it does keep me from getting hungry all the time. I haven't lost any weight per say but it is helping to cub the eating urges. I do plan to keep taking them and time will tell if it helps me lose any weight.
