This is a beautiful clock. It's very lightweight and easy to hang. It comes with an anchoring hook to hang the clock from. I just use a nail for mine. Just as easy and no one will know the difference but me. The face of the clock is very smooth. The design is very beautiful and calming. It would look great in any room. The clock hands are made of a thin metal and they move around the clock very easy. It doesn't have a minute hand.The clock mechanizes are located on the back in a plastic housing. If you look at the gears you can see one spinning and that is how I know the clock is on. It runs off an AA battery which is not included. It's a very quite clock too. I'm enjoying my new clock. It made the room a little brighter.
