All of the pieces are kept safe in a nice plastic case. Ever one of the tools has its own slot and they kind of snap into place. There are 6 different sized screwdrivers. There are 3 flat head and 3 Phillips head. One of my screwdrivers is broken. I think I can fix it with a bit of glue. The handles are metal and the shaft is a black metal. There is a whole set of screwdriver bits with different types of ends. There are 4 different sized sockets and a socket extender. Then there is a box cutter, pliers and the hand shank. The bigger tools are metal ends with plastic bases. It's a really cute set and it perfect for what I do around my house.
