I have my large TV sitting on top of my dresser and I am always afraid it's going to fall when I have to pull my dresser out to plug something in. So I bought this set of Furniture and TV Anti Tip Straps. When I first opened the package I have to say I was a little nervous. There are a lot of parts but lucky they come with really good instructions. The set comes with straps to use to secure the furniture and two child-proof cabinet locks. The straps are made from a nice thick 100% impact-resistant ABS straps. The fixtures on the ends are made from a thick heavy duty plastic. I don't have to worry about them cracking or breaking. The way the straps work is kind of like a wench. After attaching both ends to the pieces, I then have to tighten the strap till there's no slack. Have to make sure they are good and tight or the strap can slip. The set comes with a set of screws for each end of the straps. This is a really nice set of straps. Maybe I can keep from knocking myself out with my TV now.
