Stainless Steel Ergonomic Design Kitchen Shears work like a charm. I love cooking with green onions, but I am horrible at cutting them up with my knives. With my new kitchen shears, I can just cut them like a piece of paper. It has five blades so it cuts faster than a regular knife. The best part is I don't have to worry about cutting my fingers. It cuts them small enough that if I cook it long enough my kids want to see them and fuss. It comes with a little comb to help get the pieces out that get stuck in between the blades. It's very easy to clean, just run under some water and make sure the pieces are out of the blades and I am done. Great item to have.
