Brieftons Vertico Spiralizer: Vegetable Spiral Slicer, Fresh Veggie Spaghetti & Pasta Maker for Low Carb Healthy Vegetable Meals

I had so much fun using my new Brieftons Vertico Spiralizer. First it is super easy to put together. Everything just snaps together. Just make sure to put in the handle and turner before snapping the case that holds them in place. Once it's together the handle turns so easy. I used mine to cut up a cucumber three different ways. It has a dial on the side to adjust the blades. Each blade is numbered. To turn the blades, you have to pull out and turn to change them so I don't have to worry about bumping it and it changing on me. The first blade I used was the Number two and it cut the cucumber up into what looked like spaghetti noodles. The next blade I used was the number three which gave me a larger spiral cut. The last blade I used was the number four and it gave me a ribbon cut. Nice and thin.Underneath the blades, there is a pan to catch all my fresh cut vegetables. The base also comes with suction cups to help hold it in place as I cut my vegetables.  I used my fresh cut cucumbers to make me a salad. I don't know if it was because I made it myself, but that was the best salad I have had in a while. After I was done cutting up my cucumber I just placed it in the sink and rinsed it off. So easy to clean up. I really enjoyed making my salad and can't wait to try it with other vegetables.
