My Mr. Herb 4-piece Herb, Tobacco and Spice Grinder works wonderfully. It's made from a metal so it's very durable and sturdy. It's made up of four parts. The lid which sits on top of the grinder teeth. The lid and the next piece contain the teeth that grind up the herbs or spices. The lid is held on by a nice strong magnetic. The lid turns nice and easy and freely. Under the grinder is the compartment that catches the herbs/spices after they have been ground. It also has a screen in the bottom that let very fine particles thru. I found that if I don't like the size of the herbs/spices I just turn it upside down and tap it and then I just grind them till I get the size I want. Under the screen is the bottom. It catches all the dust and fine particles that get shifted thru the screen. It also holds a plastic tool to help clean the grinder teeth. It also has a cute design on the lid. It's very compact and portable.
