I have just started cooking with fresh garlic. I love garlic salt but thought I would try a more healthy version. So I purchased my new Garlic Press and Peeler to help with my cooking. The garlic peeler is adorable. I mean who couldn't fall in love with a giant yellow/greenish rubber garlic. It's easy to use just place the garlic inside and roll it around. The garlic press is made from stainless stain. It's very comfortable in my hands and easy to use. I cut the end of my garlic and placed inside the small chamber and then closed it and squeezed. As I squeeze the garlic is forced out the tiny holes on the other side. I then open it back up, remove the skin left over and place another piece in. I love the smell of fresh garlic. Clean-up is just as easy. The small chamber actually comes out for easier cleaning. So just add soap and water or place in the dishwasher. I am really enjoying my fresh minced garlic.
I received this item at a free or discounted rate in exchange for a review. Regardless, all options are 100% my own based on experiences with said product.
