Exercise Ball -Professional Grade Anti Burst Tested with Hand Pump is pretty neat. It came in a box looking like a popped ball.The ball comes in different sizes to go with you height. That way it is easier to use and more comfortable. I pulled it out and started looking at the instruction. The instructions are easy to read and understand. It also comes with a hand pump and plugs for the whole I used to blow it up with. My son took the hand pump and had the ball inflated within about 5 to 10 minutes.The hand pump works great and pushes a good bit of air in at a time. We inserted the plug and it has held air for about a week and counting. The ball is made from a thick rubber and is very comfortable to use. My boys have been playing with the ball. One likes to throw it around like a baseball and the other likes to use it to do push-ups. It has survived this long thru my boys it's one tuff ball.
