Each the compartments comes with a divider that can be removed and turned into a double compartment. The divider separates the top compartment from the one right underneath it. Each compartment is about 2 inches deep. They can hold a fair amount of items. The container is made from a nice thick plastic and is very sturdy and durable. The lip has double latches for a secure closure. The lid also has a set of double hinges on the back. 

This storage container could be used for so many different things. I could turn it into a crafting box or even a fishing tackle box. It's a nice size and wouldn't take up much space. It's perfect to keep my items safe.
