Most everyone in my family has chronic neck or back pain. So when I saw this Naturalico Shiatsu Massager I thought it might be something we could all use.  So I have never had a massage. Not a real one. So when I placed this on my neck I really didn't know what to expect. The massager is very comfortable. It's coated in a nice smooth soft feeling rubber. It has to sleeves that hang down around my neck that I can use to pull it tighter. On the one side is where the controls are located. It has an on/off switch, the heated button, and the direction button. I can change the direction in which the kneading pieces turns. It also glows a pretty red color when the heat is turned on. It comes with two different types of chargers. One is a wall plug and the other is for the cigarette lighter in a car. 

So after turning on the massager I have to say it was a bit uncomfortable for me. But like I said I have never had a massage and my neck was so tense. After letting it run for a few minutes I removed it and right away I could feel a difference in my neck. It worked great. I had to tell my dad about it and it can't wait to try it out on his back.
