I got this for my larger cats but they didn't seem too interested in it. I think they were just too lazy. I would occasionally see them playing with it. Then the other day we found 10 kittens that someone had left on the side of the highway so we brought them home to try and save them. The smaller set of 8 kittens loves the wedge. The go in and out of the holes. The sleep on it and the try to scratch at it. They don't have a lot of energy to play but they really seem to have taken up with the wedge. It not surprising to find three or four of them huddled on the top sleeping.  I did sprinkle a little of the catnip on the top too. 

The wedge is a nice size and shape. It's very sturdy and doesn't flip or roll over with all of them on it. It is the perfect size for small or larger cats.
