Peticure Petite Pet Nail Trimmer

We recently got a pit bull from some of my son's friends who couldn't keep him anymore. He's huge. When he goes up and down the hallway all I can hear is the click of his toenails on the concert floor. So I got the Peticure Petite Pet Nail Trimmer to see if we could trim his nails. At first, he wasn't digging the idea. Between the light hum and the vibrating, I think we scared him. So after a bit of petting and baby talking my son was able to use the nail trimmer. It was very gentle. I tried it on my own skin first because I didn't want to hurt him. He finally relaxed and my son was able to trim a couple of nails. Because his nails were so thick it was going to take a while so we stopped because we didn't want to stress him out.

The trimmer comes with a tool and extra sandpaper ends. It also has a pull button on the end that locks the drill piece in place. It's a really nice tool but maybe for a smaller dog or we could do a couple at a time till I got them all.

I received this item at a free or discounted rate in exchange for a review. Regardless, all options are 100% my own based on experiences with said product.
