I love kitchen gadgets and I love to cook. I have been looking for a slicer that I could use at my mom's so I got this one. I love the way the Zcutt™ All-In-One Adjustable Mandoline Slicer looks. Its a nice design but I had a bit of trouble trying to use it. It comes with an adjustable slicer. On the base, there is a rolling button that lets me adjust how thick or thin the slices are. But when I tried to adjust it the Piece would come up and not go down so there was no way to slice my onion. I had to play with it a bit to finally get it to drop back down. It also comes with 4 different interchangeable blades. There was two for grating cheese. One large grater and a smaller grater. Then there is a blade for straight slicing and one for making julienne cuts. The only problem I had with the blades was they kept popping out when I was trying to slice my onion. It also comes with a holder that attaches to the vegetable to keep me from slicing my fingers and a peeler. It has a nice base that catches the vegetables as I cut them. The handle is very comfortable and fits nicely in my hand. It's really a nice looking gadget bit I think it may still need a little work.
