Abundant Chef® Blaze: 8 Inch Ceramic Chef Knife with Smooth Mirror Black Finish
I am loving my new Abundant Chef® Blaze: 8 Inch Ceramic Chef Knife with Smooth Mirror Black Finish. I was so surprised at just how pretty the blade on this knife is. It has a very beautiful shiny finish. Although my blade did have a few small knicks in it. I tested my new blade on several different things. I used it to cut up potatoes and block cheese. Then I used it today to cut up frozen meat and then to cut up an onion. It cut through each of the items without a single problem. It has a really nice weight to it and feels nice in my hand. It also has a sheath to help keep me from cutting myself. I love ceramic knives. I love the way they cut.
