My mom does a lot of canning and I thought that we could use my Anaerobic Fermenting Kit w/ Recipe E-book to make some interesting dishes too. I wasn't sure what I wanted to try and make or even what I could make. So I checked out the e-book that comes with it. I can't wait to try and make the sauerkraut recipe or the pickled onion. The lit comes with two kits. I got the wrong sized jars so I have to go back and get wide mouth jars. The lids are made from a thick plastic. It also comes with 2 Stoppers and 2 Airlocks. They are also made from a nice thick plastic and a thick rubber. This is a really cool set. It would also make a cool science project. The set arrived in this cute plain brown round cylinder container. I so can't wait to play with all the different recipes. I haven't ever tried the fermented food.
