Mandoline Slicer makes cutting up a vegetable fun and fast. I couldn't believe how fast it was to cut up my zucchini. Before I knew it I was reaching for the next one. The Mandoline Slicer comes with three different blades 1/8-inch spacing, 1/4-inch spacing, and straight blade for ribbon cuts. Two of the blades are interchangeable, the straight blade and the ribbon cut blade. They just pop off the back and pop back in. The other blade is attached and is rotatable. The Mandoline Slicer was designed to stand up or to be placed over a bowl. It has a leg that folds out or there are groves in the side to place over a bowl. It also has a handle you can attach to the end of the vegetable so that you can slice it all the way to the end without losing a finger tip.
I really enjoyed using my Mandoline Slicer. It was easy to use. It sliced like a charm and cleaning it was pretty easy too. My mom liked it so much she tried to keep it.
