I bought the Lower Back Gel Beads Hot & Cold Therapy Wrap Compress Pack because I have back pain and so does my parents. If I stand up for too long my back starts killing me. Sometimes if I lend to the side my back starts hurting. So I bought this Gel Beads Hot & Cold Therapy Wrap Compress to see if it would help me. First let me start by saying am a big girl and I can wrap this compress around my waist and wear it comfortably. I was really surprised by that. The elastic velcro band stretches and maintains my comfort at the same time. I just love that. It's also in a very soft cover. The cover can be removed from the compress and washed if need be. Now inside the compress are this beautiful blue and white beads.  The beads can be placed in the freezer or in the microwave to heat them up. You can also squeeze them from the different compartments to get them to the areas you need support too. This is a really wide compress. It covers a lot of areas. I am really enjoying my compress and when I am  not using it, I can place it in its very own storage bag and hang it up.
