This knee wrap by Thrive is huge. Most hot and cold compresses I have seen are small and dainty compared to this one. I love that it has a hole in the middle for knee replacement. It is packed with Innovative gel beads that can be frozen or heated up depending on the type of treatment I need. It can be used in or out of its soft zippered cover. The nice wide straps are attached to the compress and not the sleeve. The straps are very stretchy and very comfortable. Though I would imagine if I had to sit with my knee bent in time the strap would start to bother my leg. The strap has a huge velcro fastener on the end for extra strong security. It also comes with a storage bag for when it's not in use.

This is a great knee compress. It's comfortable and diverse so you can use it in more than one way. My son uses it after his weight lifting class to help with his pain.
