I have breathing problems and I can't lay flat at night. So I have to have a few pillows to help elevate my head and chest. I also have to sleep on my side and it gets a tiring at times. I have a couple of bamboo pillows that I like to sleep with but after a while, they get hard and don't like to be molded or changed. So I got a new pillow. I got a Jumbo Hypoallergenic Pillow. It comes in a couple of different sizes and firmness. I got the jumbo medium and I love it. It's soft but not so soft that when I lay my head on it the pillow eats my head. It has just the right amount of support I like and it's moldable so I can roll it or tuck it depending on what I need at the time. And it's Hypoallergenic. It's perfect for my needs.
